This is a 60-minute high-energy class that combines the power of stationary bikes with a dedicated core workout at the end, ensuring a well-rounded and exhilarating fitness experience. You have complete control over the resistance and pedal speed, allowing you to customize the intensity of your workout. Whether you're a beginner looking to build endurance or an advanced cyclist seeking a challenging ride, Spinnergy offers a ride that's just right for you.

Strength

In this 60-minute dynamic and challenging class, our instructor will take you through a workout that combines the best of strength training, cardio bursts, and multi-directional movements to maximize your results. From barbells and dumbbells to kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll use a variety of equipment to challenge your muscles in different ways. This comprehensive approach ensures balanced development, improved strength, and enhanced muscular endurance.

Silver & Fit

This 60-minute class places a special emphasis on core strength, as a strong core is the foundation for balance, stability, and overall mobility. Through a series of targeted exercises, including Pilates-inspired movements, you'll engage your abdominal muscles, lower back, and hips to improve posture, enhance balance, and support daily activities. Strengthening your core not only helps prevent falls and injuries but also allows you to maintain independence and vitality in your everyday life. Incorporating elements of Zumba, Silver & Fit adds a fun and dynamic component to the class. Zumba combines rhythmic dance movements with energetic music, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

Yoga Flow & Restore

In this 90-minute class, we begin with Yoga Flow, a dynamic sequence of postures that seamlessly flow from one to another, creating a harmonious connection between movement and breath. As you engage in this mindful and conscious practice, you'll experience the transformative power of synchronized breath and movement. Each pose is an opportunity to cultivate strength, stamina, balance, mobility, and improved posture. The mind-body connection deepens as you engage in mindful awareness, allowing you to be fully present in each moment and fully immersed in the practice.
