Indoor Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes are free to members or an $8 drop-in fee to non-members

Functional Fitness — strength, mobility, and cardio in motion

This total-body fitness class blends muscle-building strength training, heart-pumping cardio, and intentional stretching to help you move and feel your best. Each session is designed to build strength and endurance while improving mobility, flexibility, and balance. Expect a dynamic workout that challenges your body, boosts energy, and supports long-term functional fitness—whether you’re lifting, sweating, or slowing things down to stretch and reset. All levels are welcome, with options to modify as needed and progress as you grow stronger.

Spin & Strength — boost your energy, build your strength, move with ease

This dynamic 60-minute group fitness class combines the best of cardio and strength for a balanced, results-driven workout. We’ll start with 30 minutes of heart-pumping indoor cycling to build endurance, boost cardiovascular fitness, and ignite your energy. From there, transition into 30 minutes of focused upper-body strength training to build muscle, improve posture, and increase overall strength. We’ll finish with intentional flexibility and mobility work to release tension, support recovery, and help you move better beyond the workout. Designed for all levels, this class offers options to modify or progress so you can train smart, feel strong, and leave refreshed.

Build Strong — a strong foundation for everyday life

This full-body strength training class is designed to help you get stronger week by week through intentional progressive overload. Each workout targets all major muscle groups using thoughtfully structured resistance training to increase strength, build lean muscle, and improve overall performance. You’ll track progress, refine technique, and gradually challenge your body with increased load, reps, or intensity—without burnout. Suitable for all levels, with coaching and modifications to support safe, sustainable gains.

Yoga Flow & Restore

In this 90-minute class, we begin with Yoga Flow, a dynamic sequence of postures that seamlessly flow from one to another, creating a harmonious connection between movement and breath. As you engage in this mindful and conscious practice, you'll experience the transformative power of synchronized breath and movement. Each pose is an opportunity to cultivate strength, stamina, balance, mobility, and improved posture. The mind-body connection deepens as you engage in mindful awareness, allowing you to be fully present in each moment and fully immersed in the practice.
