While swimming is a fun activity, it’s important that children know how to swim correctly so they can be safe in the water. That’s where swimming lessons come in. Our instructors emphasize comfort and security in the water as well as good technique.
 

Private, Group Lessons
Private Group lessons are for those who have a group that wants to do their swim lessons together (siblings, friends/family, etc.) outside of the normal Group Lessons schedule. The format for these lessons will be the same as Group Lessons; Level 1/2, Level 3/4 and  Level 5/6. You will schedule these lessons through the Rec Center like you would Private Lessons. In private group lessons, you will receive 8 lessons in any of the following formats: 4 lessons per week for two weeks, 2 lessons per week for 4 weeks, or 1 lesson per week for 8 weeks based upon our instructor availability. We will try to do our best to work with your schedule.
 
Cost: $25 for a 30 minute private lesson
 

If you cannot make a lesson, please call at least 2 hours ahead of time to give us notice. Our swim instructors have to drive in and prepare for lessons, which takes time. If you need to cancel please call ahead of time. If you do not give us the appropriate notice you will forfeit that lesson and it will not be made up. Thank you.
