U9: 6-8 year old boys & girls
U11: 9-10 year old boys & girls
U13: 11-12 year old boys & girls
Practices are held twice a week at the Cascade Sports Complex and are determined by our coaches.

Registration fees include team photos, socks, field equipment, and an end of season party. Jersyes to borrow included. Shin guards and cleats available to borrow while supplies last.
Early registration ends one week prior to practice starting.
Our teams are coached by volunteers. Volunteer coaches receive free registration for all of their children. Coaches must fill out and pass a background check.
