Ages: 5-12 yr old boys&girls

Practice:
Teams will practice twice a week at the cascade sports complex.
Practice schedules will be posted by the end of open registration.
This is a NO CONTACT sport. Players will wear flags on a belt around their waist, there is absolutely NO TACKLING.
