Late registration: June 22nd - June 30th Season: July 1st - August 9th Practice: Teams will practice twice a week at the cascade sports complex. Practice schedules will be posted by the end of open registration. This is a NO CONTACT sport. Players will wear flags on a belt around their waist, there is absolutely NO TACKLING.
