Welcome to Silver & Fit, the perfect fitness class designed specifically for older adults, but open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. This class is tailored to meet the unique needs of mature participants, emphasizing core strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
This 60 minute low impact class is specifically geared to active senior citizens, both men and women. We use a variety of modalities including weights, resistance bands, balls, yoga mats and steps to develop overall body and core strength. In addition to strength training, each class includes cardio and balance work. Every class offers something different in a fun, encouraging atmosphere. As we develop our strength, endurance and balance we are contributing to our future health and fitness.
In addition to the physical benefits, Silver & Fit fosters a sense of community and social connection. You'll meet like-minded individuals who share similar goals and experiences. Our instructors create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels encouraged and empowered to reach their full potential.
