Welcome to Yoga Flow & Restore, this class combines the invigorating practice of Yoga Flow with the soothing benefits of Restorative Yoga. Prepare to embark on a journey that integrates both your mind and body as we guide you through a dynamic flow, followed by a deep release of stress, anxiety, and physical pain through the practice of Restorative Yoga.
In this 90-minute class, we begin with Yoga Flow, a dynamic sequence of postures that seamlessly flow from one to another, creating a harmonious connection between movement and breath. As you engage in this mindful and conscious practice, you'll experience the transformative power of synchronized breath and movement. Each pose is an opportunity to cultivate strength, stamina, balance, mobility, and improved posture. The mind-body connection deepens as you engage in mindful awareness, allowing you to be fully present in each moment and fully immersed in the practice.
Following the invigorating flow, we transition into Restorative Yoga, a gentle and therapeutic practice that focuses on deep relaxation and the release of tension, stress, anxiety, and physical pain. This practice is designed to promote rest and rejuvenation, providing the perfect counterbalance to the dynamic energy of the preceding flow. Through the use of props such as bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, essential oils, and other supportive tools, you'll be able to completely surrender into each pose, experiencing a sense of deep calm and tranquility.
