Spin & Strength — boost your energy, build your strength, move with ease

This dynamic 60-minute group fitness class combines the best of cardio and strength training for a balanced, results-driven workout designed to support total-body fitness.

Each session begins with 30 minutes of heart-pumping indoor cycling, focused on building cardiovascular endurance, increasing stamina, and boosting overall energy levels. Riders can expect a motivating ride that challenges the heart and lungs while allowing participants to adjust resistance and intensity to match their individual fitness level.

After cycling, the class transitions into 30 minutes of focused strength training, primarily targeting the upper body. Using a combination of free weights and functinoal strength movements, this portion of the class is designed to build muscle, improve posture, and enhance overall strength. Exercises are structured to support proper form and functional movement, helping participants feel stronger and more confident in everday activities.

The class concludes with intentional flexibility and mobility work, allowing time to release tension, support recovery, and improve range of motion. Stretching and mobility exercises help balance the intensity of the workout, promote muscle recovery, and support long-term movement health beyong the gym.

Spin & Strength is designed for all fitness levels. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout the class, allowing participants to work at their own pace while still being appropriately challenged. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or maintain overall fitness, this class provides a well-rounded and supportive workout experience.
