Kassi was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho and moved to Cascade for a fresh start away from the busy city. She is a former competitive swimmer and CrossFit athlete and has always had a love for helping people better themselves through health and fitness. She has an Associates in Health Science and a large amount of experience and knowledge in fitness supplements and nutrition. When not working, Kassi enjoys spending time with her family and friends, her fiancé and their two dogs. She also enjoys ice fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, and going on atv rides. She is excited to get to know the community and get more people involved in fitness and recreation.
